• Book a Bodywork Session:

• Book a Health Guide Reading or Teaching, Coaching, & Counseling (TCC) Session:

1. The type of session you would like (A reading or TCC, either in-studio or on the phone)
2. The amount of time you want to book (1 hour, 1 ½ hour or 2 hours. Note: there is a one-hour minimum for these sessions).
3. A date and time you would prefer for session, in addition to alternate dates and times.
4. You will receive a response with possible dates and times, based on your preference and availability.
5. Once the appointment time is arranged, you complete payment for the session through the PayPal link at the top of this page.
6. Appointment time will be e-mailed to you. Payment is required to receive a confirmation of your booking.
7. Once you receive the confirmation email, you will be booked for your appointment. Your payment will be your commitment to the time and date of the appointment. You will be expected to honor that time/date commitment. You will be responsible to call at the appointed time and date for any phone sessions. Any adjustments to this appointment schedule will risk cancellation and/or be subject to cancellation fees (see Policies below).

**Notes to First Time Bodywork Clients: The sessions are unique, and you may have varying reactions to the therapy. It is highly recommended that first time clients avoid scheduling anything of importance directly following your session.

Tobacco users must be committed to quitting all tobacco use at the time of booking, and/or they must have already begun to quit.

1. A pre-appointment phone session is necessary for all first time bodywork clients. During this phone session, you will be given a brief reading of your current physical/emotional issues and the opportunity to list your own concerns and goals. Because so much is revealed to the client in the initial phone conversation, no refunds are available after a reading has occurred. Should the determination be made that a bodywork session is not best for you at the time of your phone intake, you will be offered another phone session (TCC) to be scheduled at a mutually acceptable date and time that will compensate for the difference in payment.
2. The dates and times you would prefer for the phone session and bodywork appointments in addition to alternate dates and times.
3. You will receive a response with possible dates and times, based on your preferences and availability.

Payment Methods You can pay for the services available on this site through the trusted internet finance tool called PayPal. If you are not a member they take Visa, MasterCard, Discover and ATM cards. If you are a PayPal member, you can also pay through your checking account. Cancellation, Scheduling and Payment Policies Bookings are confirmed after the corresponding charge has been accepted through Pay Pal and a confirmation email with your appointment day and time is sent to you. To reschedule without penalty, you must email David@YourHealingGuide.com at least seven (7) days prior to your scheduled appointment. Booking changes that are made fewer than seven days in advance will not result in a full refund, and a 10% processing fee may apply. Changes made fewer than seven days and more than 48 hours in advance of appointment time will incur a 50% cancellation fee. The balance of your payment will be available for use towards payments for other TCC phone sessions. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time will result in complete loss of payment.

Payment must be received prior to any evaluations, health guide readings, or sessions, and no refunds are available after a reading has occurred. For first time bodywork clients, if it is determined a bodywork session is not best for you at the time of your phone intake, you will be offered another phone session (TCC) to be scheduled at a mutually acceptable date and time which will compensate for the difference in cost.

Any adjustments to this appointment schedule will risk cancellation with loss of a portion or the entire payment and/or be subject to cancellation and processing fees.
